The Coyotes made many great strides and improvements throughout this tournament along with developing some great friendships with their teammates.

On November 9th, Coyotes #2 traveled to Fort Wayne, Indiana to compete in the Medal of Honor Hockey Tournament.  The Coyotes with a mix of 6, 7, and 8 year old kids played their hearts out and competed very well.  They faced some strong competition from Buffalo, NY and 2 teams from Chicago. Even though they went 1-3, they still improved every game.  In fact, their first game they played the team from Buffalo, NY and lost 6-1. The Coyotes faced this team in the semi-finals once again and they played so hard.  They ended up losing 4-2 but the game was close until the last minute of the game. The Coyotes had many scoring chances and dominated the whole game. With excellent goal tending on both sides made this one of the most enjoyable games to watch.

The Coyotes made many great strides and improvements throughout this tournament along with developing some great friendships with their teammates.   Many off ice team building activities were also part of this trip which will give the kids’ lifetime of great memories.
