As the Hoffman Estates Wolf Pack Squirts enter the mid-season break they find themselves atop their division in the NWHL with a record of 4-2-1.  It's truly a team effort all the way for these boys as the Team first mentality rains strong. This was especially evident as they came from behind to win three games and tie one during the first half of the season. The Comeback kids never waiver and always keep their heads high.

Backstopping the team with strong Goaltending is Sam Bork, who shows off Jake Allen type poise in net and Eli Brown whose style is a hybrid of Hasek and Roy, both have proven tough, at times facing barrages of shots and quietly turning them aside with ease. In front of them are the strong defensive pairings of Will "I'll Block anything" MacDonald, James "Freight Train" McGreal, Jack "Chara" Scanlan and Justin "Bobby Orr" Weber.

On the offensive side of the puck, you have two outstanding Centerman, Kevin "Bergeron" Koo and Josh "Lemieux" Warren, rarely do they lose a faceoff and both are experts at tieing up their man on the dot. Representing the Czech's well and playing with Jagr type vision and speed is Voijta "Smiles" Lukas on the wing along with Nathaniel "Getzlaf" Choi whose size and strong positioning intimidate even the fiercest of opponents. Rounding out the core on the wing is the aggressive duo of Liam "Marchand" Sinsabaugh and Grayson "Debrincat" Zordan, their tremendous forechecking abilities always ensure the Wolf Pack get the puck and take it to the net.

Of course, none of this is possible without the best fans in the league. The cheers and encouragement coming from the stands always pump up the team and certainly give the boys an edge no matter the rink they play in. It's possible they may win the award for best Fans in the League.

These young men have prepared well for a strong stretch run into the playoffs by playing hard and giving 110% during practices and games.
As the team focuses on the stretch run they will certainly look to practice with high intensity, start each game strong, and continue building long-lasting and fun-filled team chemistry. Great Work Wolf Pack, keep on howling boys
