Hoffman Estates Wolf Pack and Wolverines are proud to release our Fall programming information.  

• Wolf Pack Hockey 8U-18U will compete in the NWHL (Northwest Hockey League) for Fall season
• Wolverines Girls Hockey: 12U Girls & 16U Girls will compete in the NIHL travel league (2 Tournaments are included in Wolverines Fees)
• PRIME Teams: will be an option for any level that fields more than 1 team and is invite only.

KEY STAFF UPDATES:
Amber Taitel will be overseeing all Hockey Operations including Wolf Pack, Wolverines Girls and Learn to Play Classes. Amber has been a key member of our staff since day one, working in every facet of our hockey program since 2019. Amber has been the Wolverines Girls Coordinator for the past few seasons and is excited to jump into her new role!

Additionally, we have hired Marta Kuester as our Hockey Registrar. She will be primarily working behind the scenes with AHAI and USA Hockey. She will be involved in a lot of our hockey programming, manager trainings, social media and special events. We are excited to have Marta aboard as we continue to grow our hockey programs.

Deposit: $200 deposit due at time of registration.

Payment: Pay in full or via payment plan.  Payment plan requires saved credit/debit card or checking account on file.  Billing occurs on the 20th of each month (September, October, November & December).   

Refunds: Cancellations prior to 9/3 at 12p will receive full refund less a $25 admin fee. Refunds after 12p on 9/3 will receive a full refund less a $100 admin fee.  Once teams have been drafted and set, the entirety of the $200 deposit will be kept.

Parent Handbook/Code Of Conduct: We are in the process of creating a new handbook which will need to be signed prior to the season.

USA Hockey Number: All players are required to have valid USA Hockey number in order to register. Click below to register

Waitlist Players:  In the event we reach our max capacity at any age level, we will start a waitlist until we secure enough kids and coach to field another team. Waitlist players are not guaranteed a spot. Please register early and register even if there is a waitlist because we may have the opportunity to field another team.

Goalies (Full-time): Full time goalies are defined as goalies who only play in net. If your player wishes to skate out as well, you should registered as a skater and indicate part time goalie on registration fee. It is understood that all teams are budgeted for 2 Full-Time Goalies per team. If the event only 1 goalie exists that goalie would play all the games. 

Neckguards: New this year as of 8/1/24 all players are required to wear neckguards during any USA Hockey event including Practices, Games, Tournaments.
